Cindy is a patient and experienced ID, capable of incorporating practicality and maintainability without compromising the aesthetics. She would always provide us with sound advice and useful recommendations. During the renovation, she constantly kept us updated of the progress and the project was completed well within the stipulated time. My sister recommended her ID - Cindy, to me when I got my flat. Renovation started after a few meetings with Cindy and she advised me on matters that I would not have thought of. Unfortunately, my new (old) home had an unforeseen termite infestation problem and had to stop work for around 3 months. Cindy was able to accommodate by adjusting things at her end and she saw through the renovation after the pest problem was contained. We are known to be demanding and picky customer, but Charmaine always kept her cool and maintain her “can do” attitude.  She never fails to meet our expectation and sometimes even exceed our expectation too! You can depend on her to meet your urgent renovation schedule. There were times when we requested last minute changes, she will try to accommodate.  In cases when we blew our budget, she will try to work around and give us alternative solution.
